Does Your MediaPress Need Repair?

Tube TesterWe offer a free check-out service for MediaPress encoders. We have highly sophisticated test equipment which allows us to verify the operation and encoding quality of your board.

If you suspect there is a problem with your encoder, you can send it to us and we’ll test it and let you know what it needs and how much it will cost. If you decide not to proceed, we will charge only for return shipping.

    I’m glad you noticed the picture! Yes it’s an old tube tester from the days when tubes ruled. Sorry, but MediaPress does not use tubes. At least our current version doesn’t…… -Mark
