Since our goal was to create the ultimate proofing tool for video professionals, we reached out to many pros, seeking their input on what features and functions were most important to them. Invariably, when we would tell them about the Mason, we’d hear: “I’d love to have something like that in my home theatre too.”

We couldn’t agree more. In fact, while we’ve been working on the Mason, some of us at Wired have been using them at home too. Once you’ve had this kind of access to your video collection, you’ll never want to go back to swapping discs.
