When I try to encode a multiplexed file, it quits at the 2Gbyte size mark.

We put in this file limit because there are no mpeg players capable of playing a
multiplexed mpeg file greater than 2Gbytes in size. No use in creating a file
that no one, including ourselves, can play.

This file limitation is removed in the MediaPress X software.
