What slot should the MediaPress board be located in?

The MediaPress board is sensitive to heat and some PCI slots are better than
others to operate the board in.  The Apple graphics cards run very hot, so keep
the MediaPress board away from them.  Also, you should remove any PCI back panel
covers on any unused slots.  This allows cooler air to enter into the case and
lowers the internal operating temperatures of both the motherboard and PCI cards.
