I do not have a Ethernet connection. The LED's do not turn on.
Make sure the Ethernet cable is good. It should be CAT-5e or CAT-6 for best
Some Auto-Configure Ethernet switches do not work properly with MasonIP. Try
moving the Ethernet port to another port or another switch and see if that helps.
Try turning the MasonIP off/on with the main power switch to reset the
Firmware Version: all
