Your MediaPress software has a lot of encoding options that I do not understand. Where can I get more information on what these options are for?

One good place to start learning about MPEG and all it's variances is
www.mpeg.org. They have links to hundreds of articles on MPEG. The only thing you
will need is a lot of time to read all the material you find there.
