Since we introduced the MasonIP earlier this year, the number-one most-requested feature has been for us to add SDI output. Today, we’re happy to announce that we’re fulfilling that request with an HD-SDI option for MasonIP. Supporting standard or high-definition output (up to 1080i) with 2-channel embedded audio, the MasonIP - SDI Edition is truly the ultimate video playback and proofing device for demanding professionals. Whether you’re using the Mason for standard playback, or as a part of a file-to-tape or transcoding workflow, the SDI output insures the best possible quality.
The MasonIP with SDI option will be available in late-October for $4799. Current MasonIP owners can upgrade to the SDI option for $1799*.
