Finally, I have written up a brief technical description about our new DVD/MPEG player MasonIP. HERE is the link to the document. It describes in much more detail how the MasonIP connects up to your DVD authoring system or to your edit suite. Boy it’s been a busy year so far! We are heading down the home stretch now with the MasonIP decoder and most of our time is now spent getting all the pieces together for the product launch. What amazes me is the amount of documentation that the MasonIP requires. Not that I’m saying you customers out there need so much help, but because MasonIP is bridging the gap between Video Decoding and IP Networks, we find that so much data is missing from one industry compared to the other.
